Property improvements must first be approved by your HOA board or through your community’s architectural review process. The more details you provide in your request form – including drawings and other samples – the easier it may be for your HOA board to approve your request.

Already submitted an ARC Request? You can check the status here. Don’t forget – many requests can take up to 30 days (or more) depending upon your association’s guidelines.
Your community is guided by governing documents that require prior approval for any exterior changes to your home. These proposed changes must be submitted and approved by your HOA board or architectural review process.
